Windows 11 build 22624.1470 is a build of Windows 11 2022 Update. It was released to a subset of Windows Insiders in the Beta Channel on 23 March 2023 as the KB5023595 enablement update to build 22621.1470 (KB5023780) for new features included, which may not be enabled by default and instead be rolled out.

Shell[edit | edit source]
- The ability to display seconds in the system clock on the taskbar, previously introduced in builds 25247 and 23403, has been added and rolled out to a subset of users.
- The lighter variant of the search box on the taskbar, previously introduced in builds 25309 and 23403, and available when Windows is set to dark mode, has been added and rolled out.
- The new copy button for quickly copying two-factor authentication codes in notification toasts, previously introduced in builds 25295 and 23403, has been added and rolled out.
- The small shield overlay to system tray's VPN icon will follow system accent color.

The new dedicated page for viewing USB 4 domains under Bluetooth & devices > USB, initially implemented in build 25314, has been rolled out.

Taskbar[edit | edit source]
- Fixed rendering issues when using the touch keyboard with the search box.
- Fixed an issue when double-clicking the search highlight glyph in the search box makes it disappear.
- Fixed an issue where the search box would randomly disappear.
- Fixed an issue where the search icon flips incorrectly for RTL languages.
- Fixed on issue where you might have seen some text flicker in the search box when clicking into it.
- Fixed an issue where the search box might disappear on one monitor when using multiple monitors.

Some accessibility fixes have been made to the settings for search under Personalization > Taskbar.

Fixed the issue that was causing live captions to not work for Chinese Traditional on ARM64 devices.
Bugs and quirks[edit | edit source]

- The Language & Region page may indicate speech recognition support for currently unsupported languages.
- When adding a language via the Language & Region page, the installation progress may become hidden, and users may not see install completion for enhanced speech recognition.

- The enhanced speech recognition support may not be installed correctly through the Language & Region page in the Settings app on ARM64 devices.
- Captioning performance may be degraded in non-English languages and missing out-of-language filtering in non-English (United States) languages.
