Windows 11 build 22624.1391 is a build of Windows 11 2022 Update. It was released to a subset of Windows Insiders in the Beta Channel on 2 March 2023 as the KB5023595 enablement update to build 22621.1391 (KB5023011) for new features included, which may not be enabled by default and instead be rolled out.

Shell[edit | edit source]
The visual changes to the Start menu and the taskbar (including the search box), initially implemented in build 25252, have been rolled out to all users.
Voice access[edit | edit source]
The following changes have been added to Voice access:
- Redesigned in-app help page.
- The ability to support English dialects other than American English.
- New text selection and editing commands.
Miscellaneous[edit | edit source]
The reliability of Windows after installing an update has been improved.
Bugfixes[edit | edit source]
Fixed an issue that was causing Notification Center, Quick Settings, and taskbar jump lists to not work sometimes.
Bugs and quirks[edit | edit source]
The redesigned in-app help page in voice access may not include all commands and the supplementary information may be inaccurate.
