Windows 11 build 22000.1 is the base build for most subsequent builds of the original release of Windows 11. It can be obtained by uninstalling cumulative updates applied in such builds (e.g. the KB5004564 update for build 22000.51). The Windows Preinstallation Environment images included in the Windows 11 Assessment and Deployment Kit (ADK) from 24 June 2021 are also based on this build.
The Enterprise LTSC counterpart of this build was unintentionally referenced as a "typical Client Enterprise WIM file" [sic] in a blog post detailing the Microsoft Azure host operating system in 2023;[1] it was later publicly uploaded on 17 November 2024.
