Windows 10 build 19042.962 is a post-RTM build of Windows 10 October 2020 Update. This build was released to Windows Insiders in the Release Preview Channel who opted to keep receiving 20H2 builds on 19 April 2021 along with build 19043.962 for those who moved forward to May 2021 Update builds.
Changes[edit | edit source]
- The News and interests taskbar flyout from the Cobalt development cycle is now available for Windows Insiders on the Release Preview Channel. However, it doesn't support the options to reduce taskbar updates or to disable invoking on hover yet, which were later backported in build 19042.1023.
- Improvements to the Windows Server Storage Migration Service by adding support for migration from NetApp FAS arrays to Windows Servers and clusters.
