- Fixed an issue where in some cases, ActiveX content didn't load.
- Fixed an issue that caused Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer 11 to bypass proxy servers.
- Fixed an issue with rendering PeerDist-encoded content in Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge.
- Changed the way the Linux kernel in WSL2 is installed and serviced on a machine.
