Windows 10 19H1 build 18282 was released on 2018-11-14 for insiders in the Skip Ahead & Fast Ring, this build includes a few major changes including an introduction of a light theme to the Windows shell, improvements to Windows Update, a redesigned print user experience and Narrator improvements.

One of the biggest changes is the brand new light theme which was added in this update, this theme mainly resembles the design that Microsoft teased in the early fluent design concepts, build 18282 makes this a reality by adding the option to have the taskbar, start menu, context menu's and action centre in a light theme. The default background has also been changed replacing the existing Hero background that was seen in previous Windows 10 releases.

Windows Update in settings has been redesigned making it easier for users to delay OS updates by 7 days, change active hours which can now automatically adjust depending on your usage, update history and access advanced settings.
