Windows 10 build 16247 is a build of Windows 10 Fall Creators Update. This build is only available as a base image for this build's Desktop App Converter, which was released in August 2017.

Installation

• Use dism.exe to directly apply the base image (usually in .WIM format) to a hypervisor with a pre-configured disk.
• Apply the following entry to the registry hives before starting the machine:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Session Manager\NumberOfInitialSessions]
"NumberOfInitialSessions"=dword:00000002

• Create a new account, or activate and reset the password of built-in Administrator account via Local User and Group Management (lusrmgr.msc) in Safe mode.
• Several critical system services are disabled by default in this build. To restore Windows to a working state, execute the following commands in Windows PowerShell (running with elevated privileges) and restart the machine:
