Windows 10 build 15063 (rs2_release) is the official RTM build of Windows 10 Creators Update. It was released to Windows Insiders that were on the Fast, Slow and Release Preview rings on 20, 23 and 30 March 2017, respectively. It was made generally available on 11 April 2017.

Personalization Control Panel[edit | edit source]

Starting with this version, the theme section is present in the Settings app. Version 1703 to present still contain all working classic applets like Desktop Background, Color and Appearance and Personalization, but they are hidden. They can be opened using appropriate commands:
