Windows 10 build 14954 (rs_prerelease) is a build of Windows 10 Creators Update. It is only available in the x64 architecture in the Enterprise SKU. This build fixes the OOBE bug that was present in builds 14939 to 14951.
Bugs[edit | edit source]
- After finishing OOBE, the system will be stuck at a black screen with only the mouse pointer. Wait a few minutes and restart. It will then proceed normally.
