Windows 10 build 14954 (rs_prerelease) is a build of Windows 10 Creators Update, which was uploaded to BetaArchive on 25 March 2017 in the Enterprise SKU only in x64 architecture. This build fixes the OOBE bug that was present in builds 14939 to 14951.

- After finishing OOBE, the system will be stuck at a black screen with only the mouse pointer. Wait a few minutes and restart. It will then proceed normally.
