Windows 10 Mobile build 10240.16384 is the official RTM build of Windows 10 Mobile (original release), which was released to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and developers around July 2015. This version was slated to be publicly released on 29 July 2015 alongside its desktop counterpart, but was ultimately canceled in favor of version 1511 due to logistical problems, failure to meet deadlines and overall stability concerns. It can be flashed to Lumia 640, 640 XL, and 930 phones.[1]
