Regarding the tablet screenshots[edit source]

Don't assume the screenshots of the Tailored Simulator from betas of Visual Studio 2012 show an ARM version of a Windows 8 build. These are running the same version as the host (x86). Also, I don't think you can natively run ARM code in x86 platforms. BetaReporter (talk) 19:11, 15 June 2023 (UTC)

Hello There They Show A Smaller Tile More Smaller Then Normal PC Versions This Screams ARM Build To Me — Preceding unsigned comment added by 51.158.166.131 (talkcontribs)
Just because the tablet screen is smaller doesn't mean it is running an ARM build. For evidence, I have uploaded this image to Imgur. BetaReporter (talk) 20:14, 15 June 2023 (UTC)

Basically, the Tailored Simulator creates a Remote Desktop session, based on the MSTSCLib.dll (Terminal Services Client Library) file in the Windows Simulator folder. Another image goes in there for you. Finally, why don't you try this for yourself? BetaReporter (talk) 20:41, 15 June 2023 (UTC)
