Ubuntu 10.04 is the third Long Term Support release of Ubuntu, which was released on 29 April 2010. This version uses a darker interface and most of the default apps have been removed in favor of an application store. As of 2024, this is the earliest Ubuntu version to use the new logo, but many resources still use the old one as well as the Mahjongg game included with the operating system even in modern versions. This version changes the Netbook Remix name to Netbook Edition.
