One is a user who asked about installing drivers of a kind of TP-LINK modem on 22 May 2001. The user met some problems during installing and posted a thread for help. Two users answered him and one of these answers has a detailed method. I guess the postee and the user who gave detailed method has or had this build.

Another posted on 24 July 2001 is the same as the one about removing timebomb, and the poster is the same as before.

According to these threads, I guess the build was once leaked to public in China before May 2001.
