Product Key problem

I was installing this build in VMWare Workstation and I typed in the product key that was shown in this article, but it didn't work because they thought it was invalid. Is there a solution to this or am I out of luck? — Preceding unsigned comment added by MantykeFan2000 (talk • contribs)

Known problem when installing 9x builds on VirtualBox or VMware. Don't use those; please use 86Box instead. BF10 (talk) 20:05, 26 July 2022 (UTC)

Thanks for the advice, but I don't have 86Box and I don't know how to use its WinBox for 86Box variant, even though that's simpler than the regular 86Box manager. I do have PCem though, will it work on there?- MantykeFan2000

86Box is a fork of PCem so it should work on vanilla PCem. BF10 (talk) 01:54, 27 July 2022 (UTC)
