MS-DOS Executive versions

Build 34e's MS-DOS Executive reports 3.10.033.

Build 43e's MS-DOS Executive reports 3.10.043c.

They aren't file versions because that didn't exist yet, I guess. Yuds2003 (talk) 22:19, 8 July 2020 (UTC)

I found reference to a beta version of Windows 3.1 hidden in the SETUP.INF file.

If you quit the setup when it asks you to put in disk 5, you can see a SETUP.INF in the files. Here is an "excerpt" from the file.

"Version = '3.1.040'"

That build was only mentioned in one file, and the guidelines state that the build number must be mentioned in multiple files (not just a single file), so this build is not notable. NaraInsider1694 (talk) 13:13, 5 February 2023 (UTC)
