This build is the first Redstone build to be released. It consists mainly of enhancements and bugfixes over the November Update RTM. However, this build contains lots of improvements to OneCore, the OS core that is shared across all platforms. According to Microsoft, this build contains lots of refactoring and internal changes to OneCore, which are the groundwork for future changes that will start appearing early next year. This build contains a rather annoying bug in the copy/paste implementation - the progress dialog doesn't display in this build.
