OS X Mavericks build 13F35 is a build of OS X Mavericks 10.9.5. It was released on 17 September 2014. It is the final major update for OS X Mavericks, and was also the build used for Mavericks' first two security updates post-Yosemite launch. However, starting in March 2015; new builds were created for each security update that released (despite the Darwin release number remaining 13.4.0), ending with build 13F1911 in July 2016.
