Mac OS 7.7a2c5 (Speedy) is a developer seed build of Tempo. It was uploaded to BetaArchive FTP on 19 February 2011. Although the installation disc was labelled 7.7a2c5, the build identified itself as 7.7a2, 7.7a2c4 and 7.7a2c2.

- About This Macintosh has been renamed to About This Computer and gained a new design.
- Additionally, the copyright date has been updated from 1983-1996 to 1983-1997.
- This is the first build to reference itself as Mac OS 7.7 in certain areas.
