Build of iOS 18 | |
iOS 18.1 build 22B5045g is the official Beta 4 and Public Beta 1 release of iOS 18.1, which was released to Apple developers on 17 September 2024, then to public beta testers a few days later.[1][2]
New features and changes[edit | edit source]
- Features from the RTM build of iOS 18 have been implemented into this build.
- Query suggestions will now be displayed when using Type to Siri.
- Spatial photo capture in the Camera app has been expanded to iPhone 15 Pro models.[3] It was previously only available for the iPhone 16 series.
- The Dynamic Island will now display the print status of documents from Print Center.[4]
- Improvements have been made to the search functionality in the Photos app.
- Layout adjustments have been made to the connectivity section in Control Center.
