XP Beta 1[edit source]

Windows NT 3.1[edit source]
According to the Hardware Compatibility List 7/1993 from the Windows NT 3.1 Resource Kit, following newer hardware are also supported in the RTM: Novell NE2000, Sound Blaster Pro v1 and v2 (using the Sound Blaster 1.x profile), S3 86c928 (Metheus Premier 928) (ISA16 and VLB).
