Windows XP build 2509 is a Release Candidate 1 build of Windows XP. The complete version of the build was found on 27 December 2021. Prior to that, the build was available as a corrupt image file for an extensive period of time.
Changes
The kernel output for the alternative AUTOCHK boot screen (which can be invoked by adding the /SOS switch to BOOT.INI) has been updated to remove the final reference to Whistler.

Installation
- The initial copy of this build is corrupt by default and needs many files to be replaced in order to be installed. By copying all files in the i386 directory of build 2505 from
AAAAMON.DL_toCYZPORT.IN_onto the installation media of this build, it can be installed. - Warnings relating to drivers not passing Windows Logo testing and COM+ errors may appear during installation.
