Windows Server 2022 build 20226 is a preview build of Windows Server 2022 released on 30 September 2020 along with its client counterpart.
- Most of the changes that were introduced in build 20161 of the client counterpart are now enabled starting with this build. This includes the theme-aware Start menu and the migration of the Control Panel's System applet to the Settings app.
- Fixed an issue from the previous build that caused the activation status on server containers to appear as non-genuine even if it was given a valid retail or datacenter key.
