Windows Server 2016 build 10163 (winmain_prs) is a build of Windows Server 2016, which was uploaded to BetaArchive on 4 February 2021. It is the first build to contain the Hero default wallpaper and is the final build to refer to itself as "Technical Preview 2" and to be based on the Threshold 1 codebase.

- The login screen has gained another update and now resembles the RTM.

- Server Manager and PowerShell are no longer pinned to the taskbar.
- Microsoft Edge is now pinned to the taskbar.
