Windows Phone 8 build 9513 is an unconfirmed Developer Preview build of Windows Phone 8, which was supposedly uploaded to the Chinese website BetaWorld on 20 October 2022.[1] It was claimed to be found on a Qualcomm Snapdragon S3 (MSM8660) Forward Looking User Interface Device (FLUID) Reference Platform, along with build 8042's UpdateOS image.
Various IDW Tools from this build were also included in build 9543's image.
