Windows Phone 8 build 10456 is a pre-release build of Windows Phone 8 GDR3, which was released to the Windows Update server as a delta for build 10328.[1]
This build introduces many of the primary features of the GDR3 update.

A new dedicated Wi-Fi connection page has been added to the OOBE, allowing the user to connect to Wi-Fi before the phone is fully setup.

The Driving Mode has been added in this build. It allows for the user's phone to stop receiving notifications, auto-reply or ignore calls and messages while a user is driving.a
