Windows NT 4.0 build 1381.1 (Japanese Pre-Release) is a build of Windows NT 4.0, which was released to testers in October 1996.[1] On 29 November 2021, Blue Horizon provided disc images of this build.[2] Both the Server and Workstation SKUs have bitmap backgrounds that identify as "Pre-Release for Evaluation", as well as additional CDs containing bug reporting tools and documentation identifying the build as the Japanese RC.
