∙ Release Notes: Ok, here is the latest build of Windows NT 3.51. First
unzip all the files into a temp dir. Second, unarj all
the files in order .arj-.a20, (or just run the install.bat
file if you can't figure out how to do that.) Third, read
the setup.txt file for installation instructions.

- The
HEAP_INITIALIZATION_FAILED (0x5D) bugcheck was removed, leaving an undefined gap in its place.[2] This is due to changes in the heap manager that no longer deems an initialization failure as a fatal system error. It would be reimplemented in build 1130 as UNSUPPORTED_PROCESSOR.
_DEFAULT.PIF is missing from the installation disc. This file can be safely skipped.
