Windows NT 3.1 Prerelease 2 for Developers is the earliest known Japanese build of Windows NT 3.1, which was shown in issue 2/1993 of the Japanese I/O magazine. According to the magazine's report, the build was distributed during a Win32 PDC Japan event on 4 December 1992.[1]
