Windows CE 1.0 build 666-0 is the official Technical Beta 2.5 build of Windows CE 1.0.

Installation[edit | edit source]

Visual C++ 4.0 is required to install this build. In order to start the emulator, select Emulation Environment in the Microsoft Visual C++ 4.0 folder in the Start menu. In the Command Prompt window, type shell32.

Changes[edit | edit source]

  • All instances of Codename Pegasus branding have been replaced with Windows CE.
  • The wallpaper has been changed to the final version.
