Windows CE 1.0 build 116 is the official Technical Beta 2 build of Windows CE 1.0. The build's SDK, including an emulator, was shared on 16 January 2019.[1]
Installation[edit | edit source]
Visual C++ 4.0 is required to install this build. In order to start the emulator, select Emulation Environment in the Microsoft Visual C++ 4.0 folder in the Start menu. In the Command Prompt window, type shell32.
