Windows 98 build 1614 is a Beta 3 build of Windows 98. It was referenced in the warez CD compilations "Megapack 03" and "Fate 419". There are no notable changes, except for updating Internet Explorer and Outlook Express to version 4.72.2020. This build originally scene leaked on 24 October 1997 by warez group GLOW and was uploaded to BetaArchive on 1 February 2019.[1]
