Windows 95 build 950a is an updated version of the official Windows 95 RTM build, which was released on 14 February 1996[1]. It was available in two forms: as Service Pack 1 for the original release (build 950), and as an OEM release called OEM Service Release 1, which had Service Pack 1 already integrated. This was the only updated release of Windows 95 that was officially available for existing users, as all subsequent updates were OEM-only (OEM Service Releases).
