Windows 95 build 328 is a pre-beta 3 build of Windows 95, which was shared on BetaArchive on 25 November 2020^[1] and is very similar to build 324. Like several builds in that range, it is an upgrade version, but allows the user to perform a clean installation as well. This is the last available build to contain WIN31.EXE.

  This is Windows 95 Beta Build 328.  It is a fairly stable version of 
  Win95.  No passwords, or beta id's are needed to install this version.
  To install Win95 Build 328 unzip it into one directory, and then run
  the setup.exe file (from DOS or Windows).  Everything else should
  be self evident.
