Windows 95 build 1089 is a pre-RC build of Windows 95 OSR2, which was initially shared on OSBetaArchive on 25 December 2015, but was missing some files.[1] They were later found and uploaded by BetaArchive member DiskingRound on 27 February 2017.[2] This build changes the boot screen to match the final version of OSR2 and includes the RTM build of Internet Explorer 3.
