Windows 8 build 8370 is an unleaked build of Windows 8, which was released to Microsoft partners through the Ecosystem Engineering Access Program (EEAP) around 1 May 2012, and was later referenced in several threads on the now-closed Visual Studio forums on 21 May 2012 and 1 June 2012 respectively,[1][2] both documenting driver development-related issues.
Several images of this build were found in the English and Simplified Chinese languages.[3][4]
