Windows 8 build 8165 is a build of Windows 8. It was shown in a video in the MSDN blog Building Windows 8 in the article Refresh and reset your PC.[1] This build was used to demonstrate a variety of features, including Refresh and Reset. In the video, at 2:24, the blur at the lower right was removed for a split second, thus exposing the watermark.
