Windows 8.1 build 9419 is the twenty-third partner release of Windows 8.1. This build was showcased in two YouTube videos demonstrating the installation process and destruction prior to being shared.[1][2] It was uploaded to BetaArchive on 5 May 2020 only in the Japanese language.

- The post-OOBE tutorial has been removed.

- The default wallpaper is now a duplicate of Windows 8's img3.
- The "Show Desktop" button has been made smaller.
