New features and changes[edit | edit source]
Windows Media Center[edit | edit source]
Windows Media Center gained updates to several graphics. This also includes the addition of a new first-launch animation, which differs from its final iteration by a slideshow of multiple images showing the features of Windows Media Center, followed by its logo appearing from the middle instead of the upside.
The final intro sound has been added as well, though it is not played during the first-launch animation yet and the intro sound is slightly different to the one heard in the RTM.
