Windows 3.0 build 59 is a build of Windows 3.0, which was mentioned in the file KBDLOCAL.ASM from the Driver Development Kit for Windows 3.1.

Installation[edit | edit source]

At the end of the file copy process, it displays a blank insert disk error message with it pointing to the x: drive, and VDDVGA.VXD cannot be copied as well. You must click on the Ignore option to finish installing this build. This also means that this build cannot be run in 386 Enhanced mode due to the missing VDDVGA.VXD, it is recommended to run it in real or standard mode instead.

Due to the aforementioned bug with the blank disk error, changing any hardware settings via the Windows Setup app requires you to reinstall Windows again.
