The Windows 3.0 InfoWorld build is a build of Windows 3.0 that was featured in the 15 January 1990 issue of InfoWorld.[1] Considering the turnaround time for articles in that era of the technology press' history, the fact that build 55 was most likely not sent out to developers, and the fact that the installation of Windows 3.0 used in the screenshots is described as running a beta version of Microsoft Excel 2.1c (released on 14 December 1989), this build is almost certainly earlier than build 55.
