Hangul Windows 3.01 is the Korean version of Windows 3.0, which was released in March 1992. It is available as a Samsung OEM version as well as a retail version on the Far East SDK.
This build notably uses a different Windows logo in the about box, that also appears in Windows 3.1 builds 026 and 034f, along with Windows NT 3.1 build 196.
