Windows 11 build 26100.863 is the general availability build of Windows 11 2024 Update for Copilot+ PCs. It can be obtained by installing the KB5039239 cumulative update, which was released on 15 June 2024. The cumulative update to this build was available to all users regardless of whether they are enrolled to the Windows Insider Program. The installation media of this build were then made available on 19 June 2024.

- Addressed an issue that was causing Bluetooth volume to set to maximum automatically when connecting a Bluetooth device.
- Addressed an issue that was preventing games with BattlEye anti-cheat system from working properly on ARM64 devices.
