Windows 11 build 22631.1900 is a build of Windows 11, version 23H2. It was released to a subset of Windows Insiders in the Beta Channel on 15 June 2023 as the KB5027397 enablement update to build 22621.1900 (KB5027301) for new features included, which may not be enabled by default and instead be rolled out.

The ability to detect if users are interacting with toasts or not and provide a suggestion to turn the toast banners off for these apps, initially implemented in build 23466.1001, has been backported to this build and rolled out to a subset of users.
Miscellaneous[edit | edit source]
Passpoint Wi-Fi networks has been updated to support enhanced connection performance, and a URL will be displayed in Quick Settings to provide information about the venue or event.
