Windows 11 build 22623.1325 is a build of Windows 11 2022 Update. It was released to a subset of Windows Insiders in the Beta Channel on 16 February 2023 as the KB5018863 enablement update to build 22621.1325 (KB5022914) for new features included, which may not be enabled by default and instead be rolled out.

- Fixed compatibility issues that was causing some printers that use Windows GDI printer drivers to not completely adhere to GDI specifications.
- Fixed an issue that was causing copying from a network to a local drive to be slower than expected.
- Fixed a date information issue that affected the format of dates sent between Windows and some versions of the Heimdal Kerberos library.
- Fixed an issue that was preventing provisioning packages from applying in certain circumstances when elevation was required.
