Windows 11 build 22623.1245 is a build of Windows 11 2022 Update. It was released to a subset of Windows Insiders in the Beta Channel on 26 January 2023 as the KB5018863 enablement update to build 22621.1245 (KB5022358) for new features included, which may not be enabled by default and instead be rolled out.

  • Fixed a resource conflict issue between two or more threads that affected COM+ applications.

  • Some tweaks have been made to address cases where text in dialogs was getting cut off when text scaling was increased.
  • Fixed an issue where certain parts of the title bar couldn't be used to drag the window.
