Windows 10 build 19043.1023 is a build of the Windows 10 May 2021 Update. This build was released to Windows Insiders in the Beta and Release Preview Channels on 21 May 2021, along with its October 2020 Update counterpart in the latter channel, then to consumers as an optional update 4 days later on 25 May.

- The News and interests taskbar flyout introduced in 21H1 with build 19043.962, along with the "Open on hover" and "Reduce taskbar updates" options from the taskbar right click menu that were previously only available in builds from the Cobalt development cycle, is now available to all consumers in this version starting with this build.
- Support for High Efficiency Image File (HEIF) images with the
.hiffile extension has been added. - Multiple fixes and general improvements.
