The components can be manually installed by running the following commands from an elevated command prompt:

By installing these packages, the operating system will report itself as version 2009 and build 19042 instead of 2004 and 19041 respectively.[1]
Installing the components in this fashion only changes the version the operating system identifies as, it is by no means a functional substitute to a proper enablement package.
