Windows 10 build 18362.10014 is the sixth Insider Preview build of Windows 10 November 2019 Update. This build was released on 19 August 2019 to those Windows Insiders in the Slow ring who previously received build 18362.10012 with an additional change from build 18894 of the May 2020 Update.

These changes are not enabled by default in this build, and only the subset of Windows Insiders in the Slow ring that received build 18362.10013 on 8 August 2019 got a different build that had them set up and working.
- Introduced a redesigned search interface in File Explorer, which includes OneDrive search results along with locally stored files, as well as a drop-down list of suggested files that can be selected as the search query is being typed. You can also see your search history by either clicking on it or by pressing Ctrl+E to set focus to it.
- Additional protection against credential theft for enterprises deploying ARM64 devices in their organizations has been added for Windows Defender Credential Guard in devices from this architecture.
- A new policy for Windows 10 in S Mode can now be supplemented by enterprises to allow traditional desktop apps from Microsoft Intune.
- Narrator and other assistive technologies can now read and learn where the Fn key is located on keyboards and what state it is in (locked or unlocked).
