Windows 10 build 18362 is the base build for most subsequent builds of Windows 10 May 2019 and November 2019 Updates. This build was released to Windows Insiders in the Fast Ring on 20 March 2019, then to Slow Ring users on 22 March 2019.

- Fixed an issue resulting in the Connect app crashing on launch for some Insiders.
- Fixed the issue with Microsoft Store app updates not automatically installing.
Bugs[edit | edit source]
- Creative X-Fi sound cards do not function properly on this build.
- Some Realtek SD card readers do not function correctly with this build.

) SKU and its N counterpart are only available in this build (and later updates)'s Unified Update Platform packages, albeit with a missing base edition component which can be reproduced; the edition manifest must be manually staged through component-based servicing in order to install and use them.
