Windows 10 build 17692.1004 is a recompile of build 17692. It was released on 2 July 2018 to Slow Ring users of the Windows Insider Program.
Fixes[edit | edit source]
- Fixed the issue where if picture password was the chosen sign-in method, the login screen would crash in an endless loop.
- Fixed the issue where DRM video playback in Microsoft Edge from websites such as Netflix was broken.
- Fixed the issue where the keyboard settings found in Ease of Access Center was missing text as well as visible values in the two combo boxes.
- Improved the reliability and performance when opening up the Start menu.
